Sell It All??

as we all know, the states are selling toll roads, and anything that will bring them cash so the marooons will not have to pay and will re elect the folks----read this a m that texas wants to sell the texas lottery and bring in big bucks.....lopez needs legal opinion---if i as the governor or i as a member of the state legislature, can sell assets of the state, then that to me would mean I have ownership----seems logical?? so what would prevent lopez from selling the whole damned state? or maybe counties? there are many Oinkers who would love their own state?? go marooons, lopez
