so dubya, where did u get the idea for the surge? well , hell, was listenen to the song "blue surge shoes" and it hit me-----you know, shoes, boots on the ground , soldiers, iraq, well hell it all came together in a flash---maybe from gawd? the blue surge is what i wanted to call it, but dicky said, keep it simple, just use surge---it all works in mysterious ways, like 'lections-----lopez lurks
