so congress believes they work their asses off and do big time thinking so that they can pass a bill that is wonderful for all marooons---but dubya just does a "signing statement" which means he can do as he damn pleases regarding these bills---but the poor marrooooons cannot do a "signing statement" so are stuck with whatever---marooons have no choices----so lopez proposes that ALL bills passed are Non-Binding which means that no one gives a shit about any of it----this of course will put most all of the Government things in proper perspective and save usa a fucking fortune----lopez thinking in d c
