so at one of lopez' hangouts, Tampico on the Gulf, the local "Fans of Dubya in Tampico" ask lopez a most serious question: "Senor Lopez, we love dubya the magnificent but we are confused. Can you explain the Iraq thing of dubyas called the Surge? por favor"
Of course, lopez replied and sipping a cerveza he talked--now in each and every city in 'merica there is a place like Nuevo Laredo, in other words, a shit place with bad people, and you never go at anytime because of good chance of being killed. So, the Surge would send 10,000 soldiers into Nuevo Laredo, or any bad section of any city, and they would take over and control and wipe out the bad guys. This is the dubya Baghdad surge. Now, many call this an occupation and ask what happens if the bad guys go elsewhere or the soldiers leave---Dubya says is good if bad guys go elsewhere as long as it is not USA and soldiers have to stay to make things safe, but it is not an occupation, but is a Surge---and also dubya-lovers, you must love the Surge or learn to love it--even fake it if you have to--gracias and buenas noches, lopez
