so now my suppliers are telling me that the price of corn tortillas are going to the moon and the lopez chain of tamales and taco wagons will be caught in a price squeeze so have called garcia, my broker in mexico, to see about hedging-----this of course puts ethanol in the way of corn tortillas so along with immigration, i can see a rekindling of the usa //mexican war---as lopez says, you cannot make a taco with ethanol----------------------on the border, lopez sees and seeths

the politicians are always telling me two things:

1) they travel everywhere and listen to all americans;
2)they are seeking the "good" of the country.

So, i laugh. The only people that ever talk to national politicians are either "set up" by their staffs or are die hard supporters----when is the last time you had a nice chat with a senator? and given the levels of Debt and the breadth of War, how can those be good for the citizens?-----the only concerns of our leaders is how to get elected and stay elected so we are doomed to be ruled by the poll watchers and the glib spinners----lopez

WMD's Against Ground Troops...no?

huh?????.....read a piece suggesting that if the military believed that saddam had wmd's and chemical stuff it would have been strange for them to use ground troops and also only 25% had the chemical suit things----so how does one invade a country and on into baghdad in a very aggressive way and feel 100% confident that these weapons will not be used against you? saddam was a "madman" and was being invaded so you would expect him to just coool it? was info learned in gulf I that allowed some real "gaming"?---------------------------lopez
