do you guys remember the big ol' monster storage tanks about 75 feet across, circular, and about 15 feet high? well, when looking at one , you'd guess it was full of something---so you climb the ladder and go on top and then to the center and there is a manhole type lid and you open it and wallla-- it is sure full of an oily liquid and we imagine standing on top of it all and looking around we see 25 of these monsters and after checking, they are all full and we are very pleased---------fast forward: from a caller we have to go and check the tanks and guess what? in each tank there is a cylinder below the opening, going from top to bottom about 4 feet across and that cylinder is the only thing full----the whole damned rest of the tank is empty so our Collateral is big time smaller than we thought----from lopez: his storage tank analogy of the USA today
