and as we all recall, in the famous Lopez bit of 1/23/07 called Stupid, (Please search lopez and re read), we pointed out the top in the London market with an overpriced piece of shit real estate--well today on CNBS lopez sees in NYC/Manhattan, a one bedroom, 916 sq feet with a kitchen you can touch completely by holding out arms and guess what? only 1.6 million---but of course with the value of the 'merican peso, maybe that's not so bad.....go maroooons, go
