It is a fearful Saturday night as the legendary Clay Lomax, aka Ursa Major, having just returned from Iraq, whispers into the phone that the derivative swords have struck el toro, and in hushed voices, they are asking, "is el toro muerto??"

so your banker/broker/mortgage boyz borrowed short term at low rates and with this borrowed money they bought paper:(CDO'S)- mortgage paper in little packages, along with other higher yielding paper like autos and dish washers, etc., priced it at par and with the high yields, lapped up the difference and sucked off the equity increases in their little SIV's which were off the balance sheet so they could avoid any legal debt restrictions but then holy shit, the payments on the paper they owned slowed and even stopped and then goddamn, the collateral quit rising in value and so now they look at big time increasing debt with visions of taking over your house which is a sinking asset and no equity and no market and their own paper has no market except for the idiot federal reserve that has been looking the other way for years...greed giveth and taketh away but watch out as the sinking may well suck us all into its path---and yes, mr senor dicky cheney, Debt does and will Matter...big time..........

Do you ever wonder why the greatest military power in the history of the world, with a military budget exceeding the rest of the worlds, and an economy of mindless spenders who add on more and more debt but keep economy going---well, why does the head of this government, Dubya the terrible, act like a gang leader who is the meanest and dumbest in the Bronx? It makes no sense to always piss everyone off and belittle them and criticize and knock and always vilify and always have a chip on the shoulder and always be seen as just a fucking jerk. Are you not tired and embarrassed with this person? I mean, dubya is the worst ever anywhere, but sadly for lopez, he sees only MOTS when looking at the next choices---where in hell are all the leaders with class and dignity who understand real strength and real honesty and integrity???? None around?? damn-----
