How does this president dubya the terrible, who has created more debt than all the presidents combined since George Washington, well, how does he scream and yell to dems about spending??? Easy folks; if you combine whoosey dems with a dubya who is dumb and arrogant and full of chutzpah/Hubris, the message is easy. Remember our USA mottos: 1) don't ask, don't tell; 2) dumb is forever---
