A Question for the Genius Folks

so lopez asks all genius folks: why is it that after 6-7 years of Reagan-Bush the USA gets the Silverado Hangover as in a big time S&L Crisis; and then after 6-7 years of Dubya the Magnificent USA gets the deadly Housing-Credit Crisis??? You think it's just coincidence???? Ho Ho Ho and Jesus loves ya bub...."Something's happening here..."
