Americans are pissed---they want their own Surge, one for each city---is dubya withholding? is he hiding more Surges?

Harold P. Ripperupper, the new head of "Surge for America", is seeking a response from dubya the magnificent regarding the withholding of the Surge for America. "Just how many goddamned Surges are there? I mean, is our government just saving them for the foreigners? Hell, do you have to be invaded to get a Surge?" These words were yelled by mr. ripper upper to a sold out crowd in downtown Detroit and a local official said, "i have it on good authority that the USA does not have enough Surges for everybody, so just quit yer yellin'."

Hey dubya and dr. mackstrange----how about a Surge for certain sections of every large American City? why do the war countries get all the goodies?

Yes, American citizens are crying out for their own Surge, yelling, "why do the invaded countries get the good stuff---we want our own Surge--rise up 'Mericans, A Surge for one , a Surge for all." and, please don't step on my blue Surge suit..........
